Lisbon, Portugal – September 7, 2026 – Genesis Digital Solutions today announced the launch of the Genesis AI Marketplace, a new platform dedicated to enterprise AI agents, enabling organizations to discover different use cases, explore their capabilities and, in several cases, test live agents already in operation.
The Marketplace was created with a simple goal: to bridge the gap between talking about the potential of Artificial Intelligence and seeing how it can actually be applied to real business challenges.
Rather than starting with technology and looking for a problem to solve, organizations can explore AI solutions built around specific business needs, ranging from customer service and sales support to financial analysis, document processing, retail, real estate, legal operations and other specialized workflows.
The platform includes agents capable of handling phone calls and voice interactions, qualifying leads and connecting with CRM systems, analyzing financial information, extracting and structuring data from documents, helping teams navigate large volumes of information, and automating industry-specific processes.
Some of the solutions showcased on the Genesis AI Marketplace are also based on agents already deployed in real business environments, allowing organizations to explore practical applications of the technology beyond prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
