On the 18th, the new virtual assistant “Antonius” of the Santo António Hospital Center in Porto was launched, developed by Genesis Digital Solutions with the support of Microsoft.

This virtual assistant will make information access easier for patients – a pioneering project in the healthcare field in Portugal.

💻 In just 48 hours, this assistant has already answered over 1,000 questions.

📊 In March alone, it handled over 1,800 conversations, successfully responding to more than 2,900 questions. Powered by the Genesis AI platform from Genesis Digital Solutions, the assistant continues to reduce support costs and has received overwhelmingly positive feedback: a clear sign of how accurate the information is and how we’ve managed to avoid AI hallucinations entirely.
